Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the UK and internationally. UK orders typically arrive in 2-3 business days. International shipping takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination.
How long does shipping take?
UK Standard: 2-3 business days. UK Express: Next day delivery. All orders placed before 2PM GMT are dispatched the same day.
Are your cards authentic?
Absolutely. Every card we sell is 100% genuine. All graded cards come with verifiable certificate numbers that can be checked through the respective grading company’s database.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel through the courier’s website.
Do you offer retums?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact us at hello@cardemporium.co.uk to initiate a return.
